Services

InfoSuraksha provides digital tools for encryption, decryption, secure sharing, password vault, privacy utilities, and related security workflows. Services are provided online and may be accessed using subscription plans or credit-based usage.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered email, account credentials, vault passwords, and recovery details. InfoSuraksha cannot recover encrypted content if the required password, key, or access credential is lost.

Permitted use

You must use InfoSuraksha only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to store, transmit, encrypt, decrypt, or share unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized data.

Payments

Payments may be accepted through Razorpay-supported methods such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and other available payment modes. A purchase is confirmed only after successful payment authorization and order confirmation.

Credits and usage

Credits are digital usage units. Credits may be deducted based on the selected tool, file size, conversion type, encryption/decryption operation, or other usage rule shown on the website. Credit rules may be updated to maintain fair usage and platform stability.

Service availability

We aim to keep the platform available, secure, and reliable. However, services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, hosting issues, security controls, third-party service outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

InfoSuraksha is provided as a digital security utility. Users remain responsible for backing up original files, maintaining passwords, and validating decrypted outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order or service.
