InfoSuraksha provides digital products and online software services. No physical shipment is involved.

Delivery method

Subscription plans, top-up credits, and account benefits are delivered digitally to the customer’s InfoSuraksha account after successful payment confirmation.

Activation timeline

Most successful payments are activated instantly. In rare cases, activation may take up to 24 hours due to payment gateway confirmation, bank delay, security review, or technical issues.

No courier or physical shipping

Since all services are delivered online, there are no shipping charges, courier partners, tracking numbers, or physical delivery timelines.

Failed or pending payments

If payment is debited but credits are not visible, customers should wait for bank/payment gateway confirmation and contact support@mrindigi.com with the order ID and payment ID.
